We produce all our slush varieties. Our production is certified according to IFS International Food Standard.

This certification certifies that we comply with highest production and quality standards and provide our customers with Comprehensive HACCP and hygiene concepts for maximum safety can confirm.

MonsterSlush syrup always comes in handy 5l canister as a syrup that only needs to be mixed with water.

Its concentrated shape saves you storage space. The canisters can also be stacked to save space so that you can make optimum use of your storage area.

The classic versions of MonsterSlush syrup are mixed as follows: 1l MonsterSlush syrup + 4.6l water.

With our "red lid" products, you mix ShakeeMixx with water and then add syrup.

Yes, some of our varieties are vegan. These are marked accordingly with a vegan symbol. 

Yes, we also offer sugar-free varieties that are just as delicious as our classic varieties. You can find these here.

Our slush varieties have a shelf life of at least one year if the storage instructions are followed. You will find the storage instructions on the canister.

We have the perfect slush machine for you - new or used. For every application we have the right machine.

If you use the machine exclusively for preparing slush, you should drain the entire product after 5 days and clean the machine thoroughly. This can be done with a microfiber cloth, hot water and washing-up liquid.

The dispensing system must be completely disassembled for cleaning. Important! Do not clean the containers in the dishwasher as they will otherwise break.

We do not offer (short-term) rental of slush machines ourselves. However, please contact us and we will refer you to our partners if possible.

We give a one-year guarantee on our new machines, provided they run with our product.

We have all spare parts for MonsterSlush SpeedyMaxx machines in stock for our existing customers. We also have a few spare parts for other brands on offer.

Bubbles, also known as Popping Boba or Pearlies, are bite-sized balls filled with delicious MonsterSlush syrup.

Once opened, they should be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 7 days.

Our frozen yogurt is safe for children to consume. Our frozen cappuccino and our cocktails are not suitable for children as they contain caffeine or alcohol.

Orders received by midday are usually dispatched on the same day.

Orders received in the afternoon will be dispatched the next day.

Depending on the order quantity, we will ship your order either with a parcel service provider (usually UPS) or by freight forwarder. We will be happy to send you the ideal order quantities for the individual shipping options.

The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method and destination. UPS deliveries usually take 1-3 working days within Germany, while forwarding deliveries may take a little longer.

No, we recommend ordering at least 3 canisters, as three canisters are always packed in one package. However, you can also order fewer.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items so that we can clarify the incident and arrange a replacement.
