Condenser is clogged
Remove any dust from the condenser (ventilation grille on the left-hand side of the machine).
Insufficient ventilation
Make sure that there is always a distance of at least 20 cm between the machine and other appliances, otherwise the hot air cannot escape.
Several devices on one circuit
Try to have only one slush machine in a circuit at a time and avoid using other appliances, such as waffle irons or coffee machines, on a multiple socket strip. It can be helpful to unplug other appliances for a few minutes, as the starting current of the slush machine is highest at the beginning.

Is the typical click missing on this side?
In this case, the microswitch could be defective. Please contact our technical support.
Sugar content of the slush ice is too low
Always ensure the correct mixing ratio of slush syrup and water, otherwise the slush machine may be seriously damaged.
Outer auger is defective
If you discover that the outer auger is defective, you can order a new auger from the MonsterSlush team. We usually always have spare parts for SPEEDYMAXX slush machines in stock.
Machine was assembled incorrectly
Check whether:
Incorrect mode of the slush machine
Check whether the slush machine is in night mode. If this is the case, it is normal that the lighting is not activated. The machine only cools in night mode, it does not produce slush ice.
Light bulb has burnt out
In this case, please contact our slush machine service.
Cable defective
Check the cables leading to the cover for breaks and faults.
Seals not inserted
Check that all seals of the dispensing system have been inserted correctly and are greased with Vaseline.
Seals defective
Check the seals. These should be replaced from time to time if they are worn. You can obtain seals for slush machines directly from MonsterSlush.
