There are anniversaries that are simply something very special. We are celebrating one of them this year: our colleague Thomas Munda has been around for an incredible 30 years Part of the MonsterSlush® family.
And this despite the fact that MonsterSlush® has only officially been around since 1998. So if you look back, you'll quickly realize that Thomas has been with our family and our company for longer than MonsterSlush® has even existed. He started out as a temp in the early 90s, back when our founder was still working in the catering and vending machine industry. When the first steps were taken towards slush machines, Thomas was there right from the start.

Over the past 30 years, Thomas has taken on pretty much every role: Delivering slush, repairing machines, setting up exhibition stands or organizing the warehouse. Over time, he has become technical head of our company and has built up enormous expertise in all aspects of slush machines, which is indispensable today.
But Thomas doesn't just bring knowledge and commitment to the table: He is a mentor, listener, motivator and a colleague who is always ready with a sympathetic ear and a snappy remark. New team members benefit from his experience and willingness to help - and we all benefit from his loyalty.
30 years with one employer - in times of job hopping and temporary contracts, that is anything but a matter of course. We are all the more grateful that Thomas has accompanied, shaped and supported us for so long.
